Women’s Ministries
Women’s Ministries at Emmanuel Reformed Church is a great way to get to know other women in our church, be held accountable in your walk with God, and learn and grow in your relationship with God in community. We would love to have you get involved in our weekly Bible Studies, Discipleship Groups, and our Annual Women’s Retreat as well as other special events. It is our goal to create events and studies that set the table for women to encounter God and deepen their relationship with Him. We’d love to have you join us!

Women’s Lent Event

Spring Study
All women are welcome. In this 7-session study by Jennifer Rothschild, gain fresh insight and encouragement from Psalm 23. Explore the depths of God’s compassionate care while debunking the self-reliance myth. Learn how your vulnerability is not a liability because you can trust the Shepherd’s goodness throughout each season of life. Free childcare available.
We will do the same study at these three different times:
Tuesdays, April 22 - June 3, 6:15 pm - 8 pm in the Choir Room
Wednesdays, April 23 - June 4, 10 am - 11:30 am in the Fellowship Hall
Thursdays, April 24-June 5, 7pm - 8:30 pm in the Chapel
Workbooks cost $25 and will be available to purchase on the following Sundays between morning services: April 6, 13 & 20 or you can purchase a book at our first meeting.

There are multiple ways that you can get plugged into Emmanuel’s Women’s Ministries. Below are some of the options currently available, if you are interested in stepping in, please contact Jody Gras.
Women of the Word.
Women of the Word is a group of women who gather to study the Bible. This year we are studying “Genesis”. The following groups have live teaching: Tuesdays from 6:15-8pm in the Choir Room, and Wednesdays from 9:45-11:30 am in the Fellowship.
The following groups watch the same teacher but on video: Thursdays from 7-8:30 pm in the Chapel. Zoom groups are also available.

Discipleship Groups.
Emmanuel has several women’s discipleship groups that meet at various times throughout the week. Groups go through a variety of different materials focused on growing our faith and deepening our relationship with God.
Tuesday Bible Study.
Every Tuesday at 9am, a group of women will meet in the Brick Building. This group will be diving deep into the Bible. Contact Christine Aardema at christineaardema@yahoo.com if you would like more information. Childcare is available.
The Journey.
This curriculum takes a deep dive into three questions; Who is God? Who am I? And what does God want to do through me? This is a high-commitment group that will meet for 21 weeks. If you are interested in joining a group contact Jody Gras.
